Together we cover all the bases: fine dining, farm fresh food and ingredients, and lodging, as well as customizable tours and other farm- and food-based experiences, including workshops and classes. Our member farms span the gamut from incredibly diverse to highly specialized, offering great food, tours, and workshops as well unique products such as medicinal herbs, daylilies, and christmas trees while our lodging and dining options offer an enticing range to suit any preferences.

In addition to world-class localvore fine dining, our members offer lots of great options for eating local that are off the beaten path: on-farm dinners, ready-to-eat food for picnicking or to take with you, frozen and preserved foods to bring home and enjoy later, as well as a wealth of local ingredients (fruits, vegetables, meats, milk, eggs, and more) available on-farm, at farmstands, farmer's markets, and through CSA programs. Many of our members offer farm experiences and learning opportunities that go well beyond a farm tour, from a quick latte on the hoof or a morning, picking apples, collecting eggs or pressing cider to a whole day learning to make cheese or immersed in the harvest and preparation of a farm fresh feast. Our farmer's markets, held in the Old Town Hall in Brookfield, offer the warmth of a village gathering with the abundance and beauty of all that is fresh and seasonal. Our events vary from on-farm dinners and concerts to classes and workshops on a wide range of food and farming topics.
