Description

You asked, and Margaret heard you! Back by popular demand is Traditional Broth Making in the Farmer's Kitchen. In this class you'll learn the art of making a delicious chicken broth that will heal the body and soul as well as a simple technique for cooking the most succulent chicken imaginable.  In addition, we'll create cultured cream (creme fraiche) and yogurt cheese and utilize the protein-rich whey from this process to soak and prepare grains for optimal nutrition and digestion. Tuition is $60 and includes all ingredients, lunch, and take-home recipes.
