Brookfield Bees is part of the Vermont Maple Sugar Makers Association Open House tour this year. We will be open on Saturday March 28 and Sunday March 29 from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM for visitors who want to check out how maple syrup is made. We collect from buckets and boil on a wood fired arch. There is no vacuum, no automatic drawoff and no RO. Just good old fashioned Vermont maple syrup. If you come, make sure your car has at least all wheel drive, as our roads get pretty muddy.
