Looking for something fun and delicious to do, on a summer weekend? Jump start your farm-fresh summer by joining Lee, chef-owner at Ariel's Restaurant, for a lunchtime cooking class focused on preparing main course salads.
The class will begin at the farmstand at Green Mountain Girls Farm, where participants will have a chance to walk with Lee through the process she uses when planning and designing her dishes. Then we'll harvest the freshest herbs and vegetables and head into the kitchen where we'll use them to make a variety of delicious and colorful salads, sauces and dressings. There the class will enjoy Lee’s hands-on teaching style and ultimately a farm-fresh, healthy lunch together, along with refreshing, class-made herb teas.
